First Check-In
We reconnect to see how your mind and body are responding. Early shifts are often subtle, a change in how you talk to yourself, a craving that didn't come, a moment of calm where anxiety used to live. We acknowledge them all.
Transformation doesn't end when the session does. What happens in the 21 days that follow is where change becomes permanent, wired into who you are.
Day 14
Deepening Check-In
Two weeks in, the new beliefs are beginning to take hold. We assess what's solidifying, address any resistance that's surfaced, and reinforce the work with intention. This is where doubt gives way to evidence.
